Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs and lemon zest until smooth. Whisk in the milk until well combined. Add the apples and than pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix just until combined. Mix the streusel ingredients until well blended. Spray a muffin pan and put one scoop of batter into the muffin cups. On top of each scoop of batter, place 1 tablespoon of streusel and pat down a bit. Place another scoop of the batter on top of the streusel. Place one more tablespoon of streusel on top of that batter and pat down a bit more. Cut in Crisco, with a pastry blender or 2 forks. Mix together egg, water and vinegar; add to flour and Crisco mixture. Blend together until fully mixed. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Makes 2 pie crusts.<br /><br />Roll out enough dough for one pie crust. Combine 1/2 c. sugar and next four ingredients, mixing well. Spoon over apple mixture, tossing gently. Spoon filling evenly into pastry shell and dot with chopped butter.<br /><br />Crumble Struesel Topping-<br />1 cup flour<br />1/2 cup sugar<br />1/4 teaspoon salt<br />6 Tablespoons butter, chilled<br />cinnamon and sugar<br /><br />Mix flour, sugar and salt together, cut in chilled butter.<br /></div><div style="text-align: center;">Pour over pie filling, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.<br /><br />Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 50 minutes more. Definitely keep an eye on the pie; you may need to make a shield if it starts getting too brown. Add the eggs and vanilla. Meanwhile, combine the baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and cocoa powder. Add to the butter/sugar mixture and mix until combined. stir in milk, until just combined.<br /><br />Pour over mixture over butter.<br /><br />Top with peaches.<br /><br />Bake at 375* for 45 minutes. (In our new house with the gas oven, we have found that it is more like 60 minutes. Dijon or whole-grain mustard<br />2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar<br />2 Tbsp. sugar<br />1/2 heaping tsp. This is important because sometimes, boneless pork shoulder (and bone-in pork shoulder, for that matter) can take on kind of an icky fishy odor and a lot of that smell is in the juices and the fat. Pat dry. Sprinkle roast with seasonings and place in your slow cooker. Add about 1/2 inch of water and cook on low for 8-10 hours.</div><div>When the roast has cooked, drain liquid and then return to the slow cooker and shred. Pour enough sauce over the meat so it's well-incorporated but not soupy. Return the lid to the crockpot and heat through. </div>When ready to serve, slice rolls and add meat.
